Harold from CA:
"Received the candles on Wednesday of this week and are really enjoying them. I chose the Leather scent as it goes great with my personal fragrance. It is surprising that it only takes a small amount on the tip of the index finger to massage the whole hand and has a lasting scent. I am 84 years of age and could use some lotion on dry skin. I have a friend who is 92 years of age and I purchased the the Cool Citrus Basil scent and she really likes it as her skin is very dry. We live in a valley close to the desert and can use all the skin help one can get. She mentioned that these candles would make great gift items. I have a son in law that I will soon be using the Leather scent on his dry skin as he works outside and the weather dries his skin."Amy from GA:
"The thing I love the most is that the candle retains a soft, lotiony sort of texture long after it has cooled. This means I can scoop some up anytime I wish and massage it into my hands or anywhere I desire to moisturize and enjoy the scent I have chosen. The second thing I love about these candles is that they soak directly into my skin and don't leave me with an oily or waxy feeling after use that I feel the need to rinse off my skin afterwards. The third thing I love about these candles is the price. Most of the candles we have used in the past have been $20 or more. These awesome candles are only $10 a pop."Jay from GA:
" Love the candles. We played with 'em all weekend, first enjoying the scents, then enjoying the massage oil. The oil is perfect - not at all waxy or over-the-top greasy. They rub in nice and don't leave a film (unless you use way too much, but that can be fun too!) There is no burn when the freshly-melted candle oil... hits the skin - just sensuously hot, pleasurable goodness. I'd recommend these to anyone. Guys, these can add an entire new dimension to foreplay - forget the crap they sell at Spencer's or Starship. These work better, smell better, aren't disgusting when you get some in your mouth... try 'em! "Aleksandra Granovskaya from PA:
" It's really good. It smells wonderful when you burn it, if you don't burn it, or as an ornament! You can even put it on your head and walk around and have people compliment you on your good smelling hat! The strawberry one smells like strawberries and cream when applied to the skin and the oil heats up in some places, but not so much that it's uncomfortable. Works better than most lotions, Buy it "Ann & Matt from SC:
" You know the feeling of the oppressive massage oil grease where not only are you still feeling covered in oil after your massage but also realize your sheets are going to be an oil slick the next day? This candle is the perfect solution to that; it goes into the skin where it's supposed to and leaves my sheets clean! It really sinks into the skin well and my dry skin still seems much more moisturized this morning. Matt even enjoys it and he usually hates the feeling of massage oil and lotion. I LOVE the citrus basil candle, now I'm going to have to save up tip money and get the tuberose and orange blossom later -- I think you may have started an addiction! Plus, I actually love it being in a tin because it's not so heavy to deal with so you can control the pour a lot easier. Good job, very good job! "Shari from AZ:
" I'm loving my fresh cut roses candle! The scent lasts but is NOT overwhelming at all! And it feels so great on my skin. "Susan from Ga:
"Tried the Orange Blossom scented Massagewicks candle over the weekend and was very impressed. The scent was nice but not overwhelming. The melted wax is so much better than sticky or greasy massage oil; it felt almost silky rubbing in. And the candle burned more slowly than I expected so I anticipate many, many uses from a single candle. Thumbs up!"Matt from Ga:
"Hey, justed wanted to let you know how pleased Melissa and I are with the massagewicks candles I bought. I surprised her with them Friday night and, well, all I can say is, a little goes a long way. We used the cucumber scent and it is really nice. Tonight, I think I'll break out the Tuberose and get all "flowery"...!"Larry from Ga:
"I'm a guy, I was sitting, looking at a burning hot candle and was told put it on my skin and rub it in...remember I'm a guy...I said "No way"...but again, being a guy..curiosity set in. So I said, "Okay". When I poured it in my hand I was amazed it was not hot at all. Then I rubbed it in and the more I rubbed the better it felt and smelled. I now look forward to trying new scents. So far my favorite is Tuberose and my wife likes Cucumber Melon. If you like scented candles and lotion I think you'll like this product. It got me hooked."Shelley from Ga:
"Tried out your candle the other night, fell in love all over again. Makes for a very pleasurable evening with your significant other, it is amazing how a candle is also a silky, smooth massage oil."
